Executive coaching starts with a discovery session where we explore and narrow down the core of the desired focus for the coaching journey. We work through a structured goal setting process and we may draw on a number of diagnostic tools to assist with deepening insights if required.

Each persons coaching journey is tailored for them and is designed to meet you where you are at. I draw on over 40 different coaching tools or techniques that can support a client. This is why each coaching series is tailored to each individual.

This coaching is very action oriented and I support you as an accountability partner throughout the coaching journey.
