In my executive coaching packages we always start with a discovery session where we explore and narrow down the core of the desired focus for the coaching journey. We work through a structured goal setting process and we may draw on a number of diagnostic tools to assist with deepening insights if required.

Each persons coaching journey is tailored for them and is designed to meet you where you are at. This coaching is very action oriented and I support you as an accountability partner throughout the coaching journey.
